Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 5 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.
An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours please contact email@example.com.
Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. When your order has been delivered to the nearest pickup point, you will be notified via the contact information provided in connection with your purchase.
Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time by clicking the tracking link in the “Your order has been despatched” email.
Swedish orders sent o a pickup point of your choice and will be delivered within 2-5 business days, with the exception of sale periods.
You can also do local pick-up at our warehouse at Sportvägen 9 13140 Nacka.
International orders are shipped with DHL or UPS and will be delivered within 5-10 business days with the exception of sale periods. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Custom & Import fees
If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. This may mean that there is an issue with your order, contact us to avoid further delays.
If an order is declined, not picked up or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to our warehouse, Arthur&Adonis will refund the order and charge a fee of €30 / 300 SEK deducted towards shipping and handling fees.
If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/ taxes for the order, Arthur&Adonis will charge the amount the customs that the country in question charges us, the amount for this can vary.
If you have any questions about this or would like for us to send a receipt to you stating the customs charges, please contact email@example.com. If you have any questions or issues about the customs charges, please contact your local customs office to resolve the situation.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Arthur&Adonis ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked and damage free when leaving our warehouse. Any damage occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
